You can do anything for 30 minutes...
You are always hearing me say to focus on the positive. Now, not only am I going to talk the talk but I'm going to take you with me to walk the walk!!
For the next 30 days, I'm going to post what I am doing to stay positive while we are social distancing. I'm calling it 30for30. For the next 30 days, for 30 minutes each day, I'm going to be intentional about recharging my emotional battery.
We can't always control our circumstances, but we can control how we react and show up. I challenge YOU to do the same. For 30 minutes a day, you should be doing something that makes you happy. When you do, take a pic and hashtag #30for30together, so I can see what you are doing and how you are choosing positivity.
